Hungarian roots, international curiosity.
Eva came to Switzerland from Hungary with a baking culture where a generous cake naturally belongs at the centre of a celebration. Today she brings those memories into her life in Zurich.
Her inspiration moves from Hungarian family flavours to Italian cookbooks, Swiss recipes and ingredients at their seasonal best. The result should feel familiar while still offering a little surprise.
