Hungarian roots, international curiosity.
I came to Switzerland from Hungary with a baking culture where a generous cake naturally belongs at the centre of a celebration. Today I bring those memories into my life in Zurich.
My inspiration moves from Hungarian family flavours to Italian cookbooks, Swiss recipes and ingredients at their seasonal best. The result should feel familiar while still offering a little surprise.
